Probably the last chance to drink Bordeaux in quantity for a couple weeks so I decided to uncork something nice, let's see how this puppy is doing, it has impressed in the past.

What can I say, for my palate the 2014 Pichon Baron is brilliant. I previously rated it 97 points for its classic profile, I'm hard pressed to bring it down from that point range. It is opaque purple developing into a hint of a cosmic purple/red like on the horizon of a dawn on the moon of Titan, wood, cedar, reserve, structure that stands up to he porterhouse, reserved but classic nose. 95 tp 97 points in my book, but I'm a northern Medoc guy. To me this is what it is all about. Rating: 97 points.

You preferred it to the 2020 Meyney… i feel like relativity law has been respected.
Pichon Longueville Baron is at the top of it’s game for the last 20-25 years.
2014 seems to fit you well Jim. Could it be the theme for Thursday night in DC?
